A couple of weeks ago, we had the incredible opportunity to attendGamescom👾, the largest gaming convention in Europe, where we joined our friends at Home of XR, a dedicated section focused entirely on virtual reality (VR)🥽.
During our time in this specialized space, we were thrilled to hostseveral well-known VR content creators and journalists. It was the perfect chance to showcase an exclusive demo of our platform,All On Board!🎲, and engage in in-depth discussions about its features and future prospects.
In this update, we’re excited to share more details about our Gamescom experience, including insights from our conversations with top VR influencers and journalists, the release of the latest trailer for All On Board!, the availability of our Wishlist, and sneak peeks of what's coming in our next Kickstarter update. We had the pleasure of spending several days at Gamescom, enjoying amazing moments with content creators and journalists specializing in virtual reality. During the event, they had the opportunity to experience an exclusive demo of All On Board! and explore firsthand what our platform has to offer.

At Future Game Show, we had the opportunity to unveil the latest trailer for All On Board!. This trailer highlights two key moments we’re thrilled to share with you.
First, we are excited to announce that Terraforming Mars🚀 is joining the lineup of games available on our platform, All On Board!. This highly acclaimed strategy board game immerses players in the thrilling task of transforming Mars into a habitable planet, managing resources, and making critical decisions that will impact the future of the Red Planet.
Terraforming Mars is renowned for its deep gameplay and focus on long-term planning, where players must balance resource production, infrastructure development, and adaptation to Martian conditions. Now, with its integration into All On Board!, players can play and enjoy in a virtual environment that comes alive before their eyes as they make tactical decisions. We can't wait for you to explore it in the virtual world of All On Board!

All On Board! Closed Beta is available today!

Hi dear Backers,
In the previous update we told you that All On Board! Closed Beta would be available on July 12th. We are happy to announce that we have been working hard, and the Closed Beta will be available today, July 11th, from 14:00 CEST / 05:00 AM PDT / 08:00 AM EDT for Meta Quest or Steam VR.
Starter Kit, Modder, Complete (or higher) tiers will have access to the Closed Beta to enjoy the All On Board! experience!
The Closed Beta has no end date, so you can enjoy the full All On Board! Experience starting today, this will allow you to enjoy some of enhancements we are planning to bring in upcoming months. Users will see how the beta is improved based on feedback, and we will keep you posted on the different changes and updates as we introduce them.
In the meantime, we invite you to check out our latest dev diary where you can see the enhancements we’ve implemented, such as new avatars, along with our journey through UK Games and Gamescom:
Time to play with your friends!
As a Tier Modder or higher, you have the exciting opportunity to get extra keys to enjoy the All On Board! platform with your friends. This means more fun and shared experiences as you explore the platform together. Don't forget to invite your friends to the Discord server, where you can not only play with them but also connect with other players and join our community.
If you have access to multiple keys but prefer not to use them all right away, you have the option to save them for future use. To ensure you can save your extra keys, make sure to select the third option in the Backerkit survey.
How to access the All On Board! Closed Beta?
Before you can access the All On Board! Closed Beta, we need to know which platform you would like to enjoy the experience in.
To do this, please visit your survey on Backerkit and answer a new question regarding your chosen platform to access the beta.
Once you complete this question, you will receive access to a new "digital download" where you'll find your key and/or instructions to access the beta based on your selected platform.
If you choose Steam, beta distribution will be done through access keys.
If you choose Meta, we will grant access to the beta from our development channel. For this, we will need to know your Meta user email* (you can provide it in the same Backerkit survey).
*Please note, for the security and convenience of our backers, Meta users will receive access as we collect their usernames. This is not an automatic process, so we ask for your patience while we ensure your access.
Instructions to access the Closed Beta:
How to redeem and activate the Beta on Meta Quest:
Once we receive your Meta user email, we will grant access to the Closed Beta.
When access is granted, you will receive an email to that same Meta user address you provided. You will have to click on the link to accept.
Once you accept, you will find the new All On Board! application on your library and ready to download.
How to redeem and activate the Beta on Steam VR:
You can find your Steam key in the Digital Downloads section of Backerkit or in the email you received from Backerkit at the email address you entered on Kickstarter.
Open the Steam App and sign in to your account.
In the bottom left down corner click the Add Game button and then use your Key to Activate a Product on Steam.
Enter your code and click Next for add the game to the library.
Search for All On Board! in your library and right click on the game.
Click on Properties.
Click Beta.
Enter the code in the Private Beta box and verify.
Once you have entered the code, select the Closed Beta from the drop-down menu in the top right corner.
Install or update All On Board! and play the game.
What will you find in this Closed Beta?
Rallyman: GT - A unique Roll and Move experience in every game, based on a simple dice mechanic where every roll can be decisive depending on the track, corners and opponents.
We have 11 dice (6 gear dice, 3 sudden gear change dice, and 2 keep pace dice) to determine speed and maneuvers. Depending on the track selected at the start of the game, you will need to manage the risk of losing control when using multiple dice.
Turns involve strategic decisions about when to accelerate, brake, and take corners, simulating the excitement and tension of a real race.
Escape the Dark Castle - A co-op adventure with a retro atmosphere in which players will have to choose their characters, each with their own characteristics and work together to escape from the dungeon, overcoming the different enemies, traps and challenges they will encounter.
The re-playability of Escape the Dark Castle is enhanced by its wide variety of chapter cards and characters, distinguishing the game for its immersive narrative, a dark atmosphere complemented by stylized, minimalist art.
Cooperation is crucial for surviving and defeating the final boss, offering an exhilarating escape experience in a hostile and mysterious environment.
Update on Discord Server
To celebrate the launch of this Closed Beta, we have made an update to the Discord Server.
Starting from today, you will be able to create custom voice chats for games, and you will find new channels specifically created to find players to play with during the Closed Beta. These are only available for Rallyman GT and Escape the Dark Castle, but at launch it will be extended to all titles included in the 1.0 version of All On Board!.
In addition, we invite you to share your feedback and inquiries on the Beta General, Closed Beta Feedback and Bug Reporting text channels. This will help us to improve the game and the different features, we count on you.

Private Beta in July
That's right, folks! You've been asking us about the next opportunity to try out the All On Board! and... the time has finally come for the backer’s exclusive beta!
Starting July 12th, backers with Starter Kit, Modder, Complete (or up) tiers will be able to download a private beta to experience first hand our virtual reality board game platform. We can't wait for you to see what we've been working on and we're really looking forward to hearing what you think 🙌.
To get everything ready to play All On Board!, please read below:
If your pledges included beta access, go to your Backerkit page, login using your Kickstarter email, and complete the survey to choose the platform you’d want to play on: Meta Quest or Steam VR.
Download links or further instructions will be sent to you on July 12th.
In the meanwhile, we strongly suggest you join our Discord server, where you will be able to find another players for your games, and support from our development team in case you’d need it.
